Our Delivery Costs and Policy

When purchasing products on our website, please check the individual delivery details under the product overview by reading the description.

  • For all purchases over 95 GBP, we offer free delivery within the UK.
  • For all purchases under 95 GBP, a standard fee of 5.00 GBP is charged for delivery in England, Scotland and Wales.
  • The delivery fee will be displayed at the checkout for your approval.

Who is responsible for my delivery:

Please note that Vest Sea accepts no responsibility for missing packages or late deliveries, including any compensation claims for lost or damaged goods.

All claims must be sent directly to the designated courier. However, if you are unable to resolve the issue, please contact Vest Sea’s customer service team, who can escalate your claim.

Delivery in mainland Europe and worldwide:

Unfortunately, we currently only offer shipping within the UK and Scandinavia. However, we will soon be launching Vest Sea, in all countries along with the integration of worldwide delivery through this website.

Delivery conditions:

Once you have placed your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation by e-mail, with the purchased items clearly displayed. However, please note that this email does not mean that your order will be dispatched immediately. Due to the rapidly changing inventory requirements of our sellers, a wait may occur for one particular item, causing a shipment delay for the entire order. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a follow-up e-mail, containing a tracking reference number, allowing you to follow the delivery progress with the designated courier.

Under the European Union’s EU distance selling laws, you are able to return any goods at your own expense within the designated time frame. This is provided, that the goods are unopened, unused and showing no signs of damage. All packages that include damaged items will be subject to an investigation initiated with the designated courier. Decisions are made by Vest Sea Customer Service in relation to any claims, refunds, returns, replacement goods and financial compensation, if applicable. By purchasing items from VestSea.co.uk, you are accepting all of our terms and conditions. Please note that standard delivery takes place between Monday to Friday, at any time between 9am and 5.30pm, unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing. All delivery times quoted, are approximate and not guaranteed. Vest Sea is not responsible for any delays during the delivery process, whether it’s due to bad weather or cancellation of transport services, including air or ferry crossings when delivering offshore or to remote areas. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that you are available to sign for the shipment, if the parcel is being delivered to your home. We are unable to leave parcels for any third party, recipients under the legal age to receive goods or if the delivery is unsigned.
